After installing OBIA on top of your existing OBIEE application, you may not be able to login to analytics with weblogic user, but able to login to em and console.
The following error message will be shown in the log file.

Reason : Installing obia 7.9.6.4 installs an invalid system-jazn-data.xml file. The system-jazn-data.xml is an XML file which is configured by the user to use as an ID store and/or policy store. The file is located in $DOMAIN_HOME/config/fmwconfig.
Solution : Oracle provides a new system-jazn file for this installation.This is mentioned in the DOC ID 1561846.1
